After leaving a verbally abusive marriage, I became passionate about living life to the fullest. I pursued Coaching studies, and am also a life-long student of Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP). Major life-changing events have helped solidify my stand on life: Live Lightly, Live Large, Live Your Legacy. As a result of this, I encourage clients, and the people I meet, to not just go through life numb, doing routine tasks without being engaged. Embrace life with passion!
